Thanks for your inputs. Excellent reply. Here I would like to add one more point: Bench resources assessments are based on how the individual resource utilized their time for the purpose/benefit of the organization. For example, have they developed any tools that can be utilized by the company, actively participated in training programs as a trainee/trainer, and how effectively have they developed/shared their skills/knowledge with the organization/others.
