HR Operations activities
§ Assists in implementing new policies, practices, systems and programs to meet company and line management needs.
§ Working on periodic Employee Metrics & Trends
§ Performance Management – Assists in the Appraisal & Promotion process
§ Personal & Administration – Handling end to end P& A activities of a set group of employees (joining, exit, attendance, employee records etc)
§ Coordination across all location on Compliance towards employee or labor relations.
§ Provide assistance and guidance to line management on a broad range of human resource policies, programs, and practices.
§ Ensuring compliance to systems and processes. Addressing queries & employee grievances.
