Career Advice for Aspiring HR Professionals

It's great that you are pursuing an MBA in HR. HR is a wide field and not only limited to selection and recruitment. Initially, try to engage yourself with placement or outsourcing companies to gain experience. Gradually, you will be in a position to place yourself in the corporate sector.

Hi Kanchan,

I agree with Sameer's suggestions. However, you should first try to get into some branded staffing companies. Small companies have their own advantages and disadvantages. Just think twice and make the right decision.

Thanks,
Santosh
