These are the programs which integrate the individual employee objective with the organizational objective. For example, if an employee achieves his sales target, he will receive some incentive (monetary) and be considered for a foreign tour/promotion, etc. These are the benefits for the employee, and on the other side, due to the increased sales, the company will benefit through profits. Generally, we can tune only employee minds, but these employee engagement programs will be useful to win the hearts of the employees.

4. STAR
5. CEO trophy, etc.
First of all, you have to go through the rules and regulations and prepare a questionnaire to find the effectiveness of the said programs.

Once you know your employees' expectations, it will be easier for you to move in a focused direction.
You can begin by conducting online surveys or distributing feedback forms among your employees to design your programs accordingly. If employees express interest in a tour, outdoor activities, indoor recreational activities, or any specific preferences, you can plan accordingly. There is a wealth of material available on the internet for various games, and if they wish to go on a one-day trip or a long-distance journey, you can discuss with your management and plan according to their budget.
