Hi All,
Can anyone explain to me about the Shops and Establishments Act registration - purpose and necessity, Professional Tax Registration - purpose and necessity of registering, and labour welfare fund - purpose?
Also, if the company wants to establish an HR system, what are all the things that need to be done initially to set up the complete HR system in an organization? What steps should be taken on a priority basis if the company's Managing Director doesn't know about these procedures and wants to understand the necessity of completing all the registrations - how do you explain that?
Kindly, please share the importance of understanding these aspects.
