Dear Citehr members,

I am working for an organization that has been operating for the last 10 years. It hasn't given formal appointment letters to its employees, but since it is expanding and growing, it is looking to set up a systematic HR system.

Seeking Appointment Letter Format

Is there a format that can fill the gap of an appointment letter while also confirming their service, or perhaps a combination of an appointment letter, confirmation, and extension of their service?

Please help.

Thank you

Requirement for an 'All in One' Letter

I also have a similar requirement for an 'all in one' letter for the old employees. Seniors, please help.

Handling Employee Demotivation

One more concern is that as I am giving appointment letters to new joiners, my old employees feel demotivated because of that. How to handle that situation? I believe the only option is to give a formal letter (appointment, confirmation, extension of their service) to them.

Waiting for replies.
