Please let me know the roles and responsibilities of an operations manager in the IT domain. Is he or she responsible for the entire operation? My organization is a small eou company, where we have 4 developers, 3 designers, 1 BA, and 1 accounting staff member.
We are recruiting a person to handle the entire office's responsibilities just below the CEO. Please let me know what responsibilities and qualities the person should possess.
