Dear Deepali
Corporate HR mainly involves framing of policies under one roof and the people or the HR people employed at various locations do the execution task .
In short :: Corporate HR is like the Pizza base
and HR is like the mayonaise applied on it within that framework

Hi Deepali,
Corporate HR plays significant role in planning, monitoring, coordinating, controlling, implementing and ensuring proper execution of all its tasks and role at plant level through its HR Department there at plant level.
HR department works at just plant level responsible for that perticular plant or location.
Role of Corporate HR is universal in the entire organization.
HR Department at plant level are lke eyes and hands for corporate HR as it is the only link which enables Corporate HR to feel the pulse of each part of its organization.
