Hello Everyone,
We have a huge bulletin board, or say notice board, in the office. I have recently joined as an HR Executive. I have a suggestion of using the notice board as, for now, it's not in use. So, I need suggestions on what has to be included on notice boards. How can I best use it?

You can post the latest developments in the company - new projects, management initiatives. You can announce birthdays of employees with a greeting. Industry-relevant newspaper clippings can be posted. Health tips for employees (from magazines, newspapers, etc.) can be shared. Sale of items (on behalf of employees) or rental listings can be posted. Literary work of employees can be published. Similarly, you can explore more ideas...let your employees also come up with suggestions.

Hello Namita,
I agree with Mr. Sreekumar. Apart from that, you can even put some inspirational or motivational quotes, some short stories regarding motivation and hard work. Stories of employees who have been with the company for 5-10 years, their journey, and learnings. It will help newcomers in the company and old employees too by making them feel special. Remember, the human touch is very important in any organization because it's the people who drive the company, not machines. :)
