I am a student majoring in HR. I have chosen employee engagement and motivation as my research topic for my summer project at Behr India Ltd. I want to identify the ways to study and measure the current level of employee engagement in this organization. What tools and techniques can I use to calculate the level of engagement of the employee? Based on the findings of these surveys, I could develop possible solutions or models to enhance the level of engagement in my organization.
