It is really a good PowerPoint presentation bringing out the need and differences between HR Audit vis-à-vis HRD audit.
I just have one observation. I think there is a typo error in slide No. 31, where there is a comparison between HRD audit and PCMM. Points 2 and 3 have been interchanged.

There is one additional error on this slide also. It limits the use of P-CMM to the software industry. That limitation is an urban myth. That was the industry that first saw the need for P-CMM because of its work with CMM, but P-CMM is not limited (in use or by design) to software. It is widely used in BPO, and even Club Mahindra has used it.

Hi, it was a good presentation on HR audit. I am currently doing my summer internship, focusing on auditing personnel records. This involves reviewing information in both the system and physical files, as well as confirming its accuracy with the relevant individuals. My main challenge lies in how to structure a research report based on this audit.
