Dear Members,
Kindly give your suggestions on the abandonment of service when an employee stops reporting for work. Absenteeism letters are sent to the employee, and five reminders are sent every week asking them to report for duty. The final letter should state that, "As you have still not reported for duty despite our several reminders, it is presumed that you have abandoned your service with us voluntarily. Accordingly, your name is struck off from our muster roll."
Is this the correct approach, or how should we frame the letter?

Dear Mr. Arnold,
With all the above documents, it is better to organize a domestic enquiry. Proceed with the process. Even after sending the communication from the enquiry officer, organize the enquiry and then go for ex-parte and close the enquiry.
Upon receiving the enquiry proceedings, send a copy with all the relevant documents and issue termination. Until and unless you organize a domestic enquiry and follow the proceedings, the individual can approach the court and claim reinstatement. It is a risky endeavor to take him back with back wages; therefore, follow the process diligently and conclude it.
Thanks and regards, Kameswarao
