Guidelines on Leave Structure & Entitlements in Small Scale Private Limited Companies - CiteHR

Please let me know regarding a small-scale machine manufacturing private limited company with a turnover of 8 crores per annum where employees receive P.F. and E.S.I deductions, how many leaves are they entitled to.

Please go through Chapter VIII of the Factories Act, 1948 for the grant of Earned Leaves to the workers. CL & SL are granted under the State Industrial Establishment (National & Festival Holidays & Casual & Sick Leaves) Act. If you are also employing women, then go through The Maternity Benefit Act, 1961, for the woman workers/employees who are not covered under the ESI Act, 1948.
