Hi everyone,

I need to prepare the appraisal form for HR personnel. I want to know on what parameters can the HR personnel be appraised. Please let me know. It's very urgent.

Briefly, the parameters should be based on the KRA's set against the achievements. The discussion should include these parameters where the manager should be clearly able to articulate the expectations set versus where the professional stands. For example, if you are conducting an appraisal for a recruiter, the manager should be able to provide pointers such as the number of positions versus the number of hires. On the other hand, the measures would include the efforts put in, strategies used, third-party hires, sourcing-to-shortlisting ratio, final level rejection ratio, and offers against joiners (offer declines).
