Pl breif us about:- Supose Ram is employed in a Limited Co., and he comes under ESI slab and have a Esi Cards. Can he get the medical facility from a particular dispensary where his name/card registered or he can avail within the State/District falls any other ESI dispensary.

Let me put a note to my earlier post of 2009. As per the new scheme introduced by the ESIC an insured employee and his family members can get treatment from any dispensary in India using the newly introduced smart card of the ESIC.
To know the nearest dispensary you have to check with the local office of the ESIC.
