Dear Friends,

Please help me in understanding the Haryana Factory Rules, Canteen Rules, policies, and theories to determine "How to identify employees who are intending to leave the organization?" I eagerly await your valuable feedback and suggestions.

Dear Phogaat,

As far as the Punjab Factory Rules of 1952 are concerned, you may refer to the book on these rules by Sh. Bhagatjit Singh Chawla.

Dear Member,

The Punjab Factory Rules are applicable to the State of Punjab, Haryana, and UT Chandigarh. Where the appropriate government is the State of Haryana, then we are to adhere to the Punjab Factory Rules as applicable to the State of Haryana. In the book relating to these rules, if the rule is common for the places, then no mention will be there; otherwise, specific mention of the state will be there in these rules.

With Regards,

R.N.Khola
