hey frnds i want to knw if internal recruitment is same as internal job posting....?? pls help frnds.... lot of confusion in mind regarding this

In my opinion, yes, it's just the same. Here in our company, we do have what we call "internal hiring policy." You should have that also so that transfers between the concerned departments are well documented. My 2 cents.

Internal recruitment is carried out within the existing workforce. Internal recruitment gives employees opportunities for promotion and to develop new skills.

Internal Job Posting involves promoting talent within the company by posting jobs either for lateral placement or vertical placement. It is almost the same as internal recruitment but with minor differences. The term "Job Posting" implies that the job has to be posted for a selected group of employees who qualify. Therefore, it is meant for a group, whereas internal recruitment can be done for select few employees who fit the criteria.
