employee is terminated by 20th feb by company , how many days salary he is entile to get a 19 days or full month , or no payment ? please guide.

He should get paid till his last working days, but if your termination clause talks about the notice period in lieu in case of termination, then you have to pay him the notice period as well. Discuss with your management about the notice period, and if they say that it doesn't apply to him, then explain the reason to him and pay him until his last working day and provide him with all relevant documents.
