My management has decided to restructure our compensation, modify the components as per auto industry practices, and make it more tax-friendly. In the same regard, I would like to know if any of our forum members have worked with reputable compensation consultancies like Mercer, Hewitt, or Hay and can provide me with their experiences and the professional fees they charged.

Hi Shilpi,
I think you should consult your CA first. I am sure he will have good options to offer you. Agencies offer the same, but a good CA can provide limited heads under which you can compensate your employees.
