Ed Llarena Jr is right; nothing is actually free, especially when it comes to bread and butter. However, I would advise that you also look inward, formulate HR policies that are relevant to your industry—pharmaceutical—and seek your management's position on such.

In addition, liaise with colleagues in the HR departments of the industry, ask questions, network, and visit their premises to study their workplace and HR/safety policies.

Above all, if your company has a budget for an external consultant—Ed Llarena Jr, Mahila, and even myself—we are all available, for a fee of course.
