I need some help or input as I am at a loss at the moment. I need to define key performance areas for an IT technician/Admin/Helpdesk. I have no idea, and any help would be highly appreciated. Since we don't have a "fixed" day, such as with invoicing where every day is different for us.

1. Provide effective desktop support to customers.
2. Provide professional services to customers.
3. Maintain general effectiveness (Meeting commitments and maintaining excellent communication with users).
4. Maintain personal effectiveness (Meeting personal objectives and personal competence to fulfill present and future role demands).
