I have a total of 10 years of experience and have also completed my PGDBA with a specialization in HR from SIMS, Pune, and a diploma in Personnel Management from IMT Ghaziabad. Please let me know if any of you have any good openings for a Manager/Deputy Manager level in your esteemed organization or with your client.
My strengths in HR include Recruitment, Performance Management, Training & Development, Salary/Wage administration, PF/ESI, and handling labor issues, conflicts, and grievances, making it a hardcore HR profile.
