You can imagine any situation practically happening in any office.

I am giving you the outline; you will have to build around it.

1. A lady employee, very good at her job but has responsibilities at home, thus is not punctual and leaves early from the office in the evening. Whereas other employees at her level sit late, and their performance is average, but they are always seen in the office and around in the office.

2. The HR manager has called her for a performance appraisal.

3. There is a need to analyze her responsibilities, her professional responsibilities, and whether she has been able to accomplish them. Also, does the organization provide equal opportunities for women employees and cater to their requirements?

The actual scene can be depicted by two people: the woman employee and the HR manager, where the different approaches of black demo and fair demo can be shown.

HR has to ensure the below-mentioned points:

1. To check whether the appraiser and appraisee are discussing the point (KRA) or not.
2. It should not be biased.
3. Appraisee must agree on the point.
4. Simply put, HR has to play the role of a referee.
