In general private limited companies do fall under respective state Shops & Establishments Act & therefore it will be better to grant different applicable leaves under that Act to your employees.

Dear Member,
If encashment of amount of EL is within your preview then who will object you but if the employer is to encash the amount of outstanding ELs then he will see his policy or will examine the applicable Act & will see the maximum no. of ELs that can be allowed to be accumulated.
