Hi Connections, Can you help me to know about Tamil Nādu leave rules as per the Shops and Establishment Act? E.g., how many casual, sick, and earned.

Every employee is entitled to 12 days casual leave and 12 days sick leave for a period of 12 months. In addition to this, an employee who has worked for 12 months shall be given 12 days' Earned leave. The unavailed earned leave shall be accumulated upto 45 days.
