Introduction:
In the current globalized business environment Labour law compliance has become very important for attracting and retaining talent, and also for smooth running of businesses. Compliance adds strength to the organization in becoming a model employer.

Handling audits, inspections and field inspectors

Presentation, practical exercises, individual and group exercise, case study, Question and answers.

HR/Admn managers and executives, company secretaries, factory managers, law officers, executives responsible for compliance management, welfare officers/executives, etc.

Fee:
Members: Rs.2000/- per participant from corporates
Non-Members: Rs.2250/- per participant
SSIs:Rs.1500/- per participant.
10% rebate in case of 3 or more participants from same Organisation. Fee is payable by cheque drawn in favour of “Bangalore Management Association”.
