My Query is

1. Can a Terminated Employee under Fraud with the Company for example -: Max New York Life Ins can apply for a Govt Job in future.

I am victim of the termination done by the company under the Fraud. They had sent me a Termination letter stating that i have done a criminal fraud which has led to the financial loss to the company. I am not ashamed for anything done as my seniors were also involved in the same and they all played a politics and blamed me for everything.

My simple question is that Can i prepare for the UPSC exam under such circumstances. Just for more info the company has not taken any legal action against me.Till date i am not involved in any such police preceding.

I just wanna say that " Yes i have done a mistake but the people who were the roots of the issue are still working in the company as they are on the high ranked position and i was just an executive. I want to prove to everyone that i am not a looser or a fraud by birth.Pl Guide can i start preparing for govt job like IAS/IRS without any interference by the company in future?

If you are having Expereice + Relieving Letter without any blot then I do not think there would be any issue while preparing for Government Job / Services.....

Hello,
Like Prashant mentioned, what do the RECORDS state?
If they are clear, then you don't need to worry. But IF the reason mentioned is 'terminated', then you do need to search other options.
But it's surprising that there's no police case involved when you have been terminated--what the quantum involved in the said-fraud?

When you are qualified under UPSC exam, I don’t think you need to submit the previous exp. & relieving letters. Pon

Hi,
You don't require details of private jobs for UPSC exams.
You should not have police case against you for Govt jobs. They normally verify from the local police station.
Don't worry and concentrate on your goals.

Dear,
As you said your company didn\'t file any police complaint or legal proceedings against you than your legal and criminal background is clear. So if UPSC board do any background check you got clearance, You need not to mention your work experience in UPSC Exams as freshers can also apply. You have to show you are a fresher. for time gap you can say you are preparing for govt. jobs

Is it a bigger fraud than what the UPA government, Politicians and the Government officers are committing. In any case, you desire to join your brethren in the Government. With the credentials mentioned you are very much qualified. Desh ko loot sakey tho loot lo, is what a minister has said. So don't worry. Just loot lo..... Desh ko

terminated employee means the employee is murdered.
when the word terminate is used should be followed by " services, contract, agreement, and so on" in the first place.
Moreover, if no police case is registered then their reason attributed as fraud is not valid
