So many times I've come across questions in this site as to how we can build culture, motivate employees or bring that feeling of belongingness.

These are the best way to create good relationship between Company and employees. And there will be more understanding and co - ordination between mangement and employees.

This is nice. This way we can really build a good organisation and create real participative management also.
This can bring lot of change in Attrition rate of the company, productivity and leade the organisation to positive culture.
