if you want to make it for team building kind of activities.. u can have teams made and then arrange for various competitions .. such as quizzes (based on bollywood, hollywood or any other employee interest topics) or you can have interavtive sessions - extempore etc.. for eg. u can collect a no. of interesting topics - write each on a slip.. and then call one team member at a time who will pick up one slip and speak on that for three min. or you can write events from a single story on different slips and different people can come pick up one slip and start the story with their own creative bent and pick up another sip and then continue with their self made story by corelating the various slips.. i tried these in my office and it was very interesting event.
