As I have seen the process for PF transfer and fund settlement after giving declaration in form 11 for joining any new organisation with the previously alloted UAN. Now the question is if a candidate genuinely requires to withdraw PF and EPS there is no other way other than the clause of 60 days unemployment/ non-contribution in PF?
What are the rules regarding withdrawal of EPF (both again employee and employers part) and EPS if a candidate has to switch over to any new job within a gap of 45 days? Because initially for companies following notice period minimum 30 days + additional 60 days unemployment=90 days (3 months) no company allows for switchover time of 3 months. Please help it out in this case. If your previous company has also backlog pf settlement then how the process will vary?
