i think if the software company has given you salary slip, then it is your employer which is at fault so you contact the hr personnel of software company and tell about the whole situation.

Hi Sagar,

Have you fulfilled employment contract and its terms and condition? or Have you implicated yourself in any domestic inquiry, which is related to Discipline?

These are the vital question before leaving, because Prior Notice has to be given when you left the organization with clearing all accounts.and if there is any disciplinary inquiry pending against you than its very hard to left the organization.

If you have done prerequisite formalities for leaving, than No need to scared, do one thing, Send a register post regarding your due salary with all documents like last three month Salary slip, Bank Statement, their Acceptance letter or releasing letter and give minimum 15 days time for disbursing the due salary on your account and wait for 15 days. if they don't give your salary, organized The above documents with your registry post slip and may go to A.L.C State or Central but first you should check weather your establishment comes in State or central accordingly you make plan to go for Justice.

Have a Nice Day!

Sir,
1. Have you resigned from the company as per the terms of your appointment?
2. Do you have the resignation acceptance letter?
3. Has the company relieved you from the services?
If your answer is 'YES' for the above, then your employer should give you the salary. Whether, the any other company provides approval or not, your employer should pay you your salary.
Mere sending of payslip do not mean that you have received your salary. either you should receive the cheque/Cash in person from the company or the company should credit your salary into your account. If both have not happened Company is on the wrong side

I am working with a Software development company for the last two years. Before 6 months our company stop to pay our salary. Every time I have asked to my HR regarding that but reply is same. Also I have mailed to her every month. She told salary will be on 1st week, after 1st week she says 20th of the current month and after 20th she says next month 1st week. It is still going on. I have total due of approx 80 thousand. I have a 2 years service bond which is ends on 31st April, 2015. Now what will be my step to force them. Please suggest.
