I want to know that I don't have MBA HR degree but i have 3 year experience in admin, work controller,office coordination, and 2 year experience of Marketing as a sales executive with good product. And now i doing work as a recruiter with Consultancy. But I want to do work in HR
is it compulsory of HR degree for getting hr job???

Hi Soniya,
No, MBA in HR is not mandatory, it will only enhance your chances of getting selection & promotion at further tenure
Appropriate job knowledge is enough as per the post , however the basic qualification (Graduation is Required), its also depend upon the company & Your work experience.

I would suggest you to get a degree in human resources from the reputed institution for enhancing you skills in human resources or get the training from the premium institution in this field.
Till now, what you have done like a mix fruit shake that exclude the important fruits.
