MA Political Science is not the required qualification for HR Executive. The two streams are much different from one another.

For an Admin profile, it will be okay, but for an HR profile, you have to pursue other degrees related to HR/Personnel management. It also enhances your career after some years when you want to transition into HR. So, it's better to obtain a degree in HR/Personnel management, etc.
