Im a HR professional having 3 years of experience in a MNC company, working as a HR compliance executive. I have the working experience of dealing with CLRA acts, Meeting factory inspector, Statutory compliances maintenance in client site and all activities related to it. I really don't have experience in Recruitment and HR generalist activities. My qualification is MBA in HR.
Kindly advise me what kind of HR profile will suit me as i am looking for a job change. Do i get opportunities in HR generalist because very limited openings comes in the profile of HR compliance. Seniors, Please share your valuable advises. Thanks in advance!

I would suggest you go into HR compliance or legislation.. only. You have good experience in that area. If you wish to start work in this recruitment or in Gernalist profile. You can start with good metro city consultancy. For clear your basics. And after that shoot your traits. Hope i can help you.

Hi shipra sharma,
Thank you for your valuable input,
what are all the qualities to become a HR generalist. If i get in to consultancy i may get a very important experience of recruitment, so how long can i work there to gain recruitment experience. And moreover in consultancy will they consider me as a fresher ( on salary basis to pay me freshers salary) or experienced one.
