Drafting is not at all a big thing just go through documents , letters, circulars observe the language used in the circulars, also drafting depends on your company type,
govt semi govt organisation have a specified format of drafting ( eg the one which is put up by dinesh)
every circular needs to be in proper format and is taken printout and all employees sign ittt
pvt cos, mnc, cos have another way, in pvt cos you always receive emails by hi all, n casual talk, so they might just draft mail and send by email only..
