Greeting folks, I have a query regarding the wages protection rights of the employees working as call centre staff in Kerala for a Qatar-based company. It has come to my knowledge that the company have not complied with any legal procedures under the Shop & Commercial Establishment Act or procured an OSP license to operate in Kerala. The company has disregarded our rights to receive the salary due. Based on the past three months of uneven managerial decisions, it was very unpleasant to continue, and by some resigned from their posts and some were even terminated. We have not received any pay slips or employment agreements to charge a lawsuit to link the establishment directly. It would be very helpful if anyone could guide us on how to proceed with this situation.
