I am not agreeing with u, though I said being HR person, we should follow some principles. It doesn’t mean I will make him loose his job, I had spoken to this fellow very nicely & I explained him that how does it will affect him in future. Hope he will realize it.

i respect your concerns, i had gone through so many time with such situation and so far with my experience in hand can able to sate that if we diagnosise the situation there are always pros and cons, which either right or wrong.

If begger is begging for money, then also meslow heirarchy applicable, but among all beggers, if 1 begger apply for wrong technique then it is a metter to re consider. If suppose murder happen in society it has some cause, that's why we say that "every one is right on his/her place". But what proaction is, with illegal way you never get sucess, if at all you were using it for your betterment. thats why we apply "priciple of natural justice".

If such humble and generiously we run HR department then what is the use to issue warning letters and show cause notice, even employee commit mistake with a genuin reason, he/she might be unconsiouse during work due to hactic work shedules, social consequences etc.

@say, the employee's daughter was hospitalised in hospital and your shift manager is running with shortage of man power, if shift manager after straching 48 hrs shift, called him for duty inspite of critical condition, do you think that employee will work willingly for you? and if he commites mistake then we will issue show cause notice against him.

if two poor employee apply their work style with different view, say for incresing salary he use different technique of "fake salary slip". and other is too hard worker, inspite of 8hr job he works for you 10-12 hrs willingly, and always ready for work, to whom will you choose?,

A cousile and warned person for his fake salary slip? or hard worker? simulteneously think for hard worker, what his mistake if he lives life without any forge.

I do believe that our approach for all must root with humble and humanetarian view, but we cannot avoid which is totally illegal,

You had just warned him, by which he will not commite mistake in future in preparting fake salary slip. But if you believe that he is having good quality, then by your intimation present company will terminate if or warn him writtenly, by which in entire life or for his comming next generation will not suggest such durty way to take short cuts in life. and again if he is good material, then he will definately find job in market,

Even i striclty follow some priciple in life, but still i give chances to terminated ppl, with wel come speech that now your really journey has started and prove yourself "'the best".

I believe "illegal" illegal in all aspect.

If the salary slip is made wrong for one month then it can be fake for 3 months also.(if employee self made) Regards Pranita

it was nice to read ur comments / opinion . i agree, and also would like to add a few lines( my opinion ). please allow me...

u see reeshma, if we were in such a place where we have to take a job hop, we think of so many things - not just the salary or pay factor is in the thought. right..? ( definitely salary is the most important criteria ). but...

we my want a better pay packet, a better working environment, a well to do firm ( MNC or a very reputed Group of Companies), a better place to live ( city ) and if the place has all those qualities like - cost of living, human behavior, educational institutions,Hospitals, theatres, parks....so on and on.

Everyone loves himself/ herself and their dear Ones' to stay in comfort and enjoy life a little bit.

He or She may opt for a Job which can bring two, three, or more of those things at one shot.



After all these WANTS and DESIRE'S are the things that make peoples look here and there for the fulfilment. or else every one of us would be saints. hai na?

And during this course to fulfill their desires, few people may tend to make mistakes too. Probably because somebody might have mis-guided them or might be that there was no one around to give a good suggestion... or maybe something else. mistakes do happen and they are bound to happen.

But i feel who are we to punish them. if at all we have to punish them, then we should give such a punishment that can Strengthen him in the long run and he passes the same to the comming generation.

We should remember that we all are in this world with a right only to construct , NO RIGHT TO DISTRUCT.

This is siddharth as per your query of Salary slip , i have faced lot of incidents on this aspect. as per my suggestion do reference check or force the candidate to give a bank statement if not do not consider in your firm ..
as you have aid he is a Good candidate but he has not followed the policies & procedure to submit the relevant document , talk to your Sr.Management abt this , better drop the candidate and serach for better than this !! I am sure you can get a well deserved ethical candidate in your esteem organisation

What about HR himself when he is branding his/her company,he never inflates the things?If the salary slab that is attched to the Position is high surely check the things,but if you find anyone doing false thing, do not hire him in first place,if you have already hired him check his performance on monthly basis,if he is performing well in terms of quality & quantity go ahead with his services as we pay employee for the work that he/she has done it for the last month (for current company) & not for work done for the past employer,but if he has made any fake doccuments regarding his educational qualification surely termination is the best policy.

Dear Bhavana it is not your fault because in india we do not get unemployment cheques nither social security benefit cheaques for family member,person who has requisite education may be tempted to do because of the peer pressure(salary Comparision) or additional Family responsibilities.

Dear Bhavana, many a times in order to fill a vaccant position like G.M,V.M, hr uses the tool of Head Hunting ,let me know under which manner can these be consider as an ethical Practice.(Company is like a family,so head hunting breaks family or helps to build family).

Now let me know is head hunting ethical or unethical or the issue of fake salary slip ethical or unethical?Dear HR do not make such a big issues of the things which are not so grave,here best thing is use your own wit & excellence.(Grapevine comm. can spoil the life of an individual).
