Performance Appraisal During Abnormal Times
The performance appraisal remained the same; it is continuing as e-PMS. Considering the abnormal times, the targets were scaled down during the periodic reviews, and hence it is not posing many problems in the final evaluation.
Delinking Increments from Performance Appraisal
As regards delinking increments from PA, follow the Government type of rule where the increment is a defined amount and is drawn as a matter of course unless it is withheld as a result of an order to this effect. So here, by default, all are entitled to the standard increment specified in the pay scale on the date, and the same is drawn automatically. For withholding it, an order has to be there.
