Hi, Can anybody suggest me what are the main points I have to jot down under probation Period Section in Policy manual. and how many leaves are allowed in probation period ?

many times in this forum. Please try Cite HR archives to study them.
Type “Probation period” inside the box 'Search'
that you find in the title bar right above.
After typing in the box, press the “Enter” key.
You will get lot of information.
Repeat the process for other related topics like “Induction period”, ‘Trainee format’ etc
The ‘leaves’ given in Probation period is totally dependent on Management policy. To ensure sincerity some companies give no ‘leave’ at all while others may give upto 10 days in a year. Attendance is also one of the points considered for confirmation.

I want to confirm one thing also and for these i already done R&D from my end but didn't get any particular solution.
What are the necessary activities( checklist) for termination process of employee.?
