Hi, I am working for a non-profit company. I have recently joined the company and don't know much about the HR policies to be followed in an NGO, for example, leave policies, other benefits, etc. Can anyone guide me with it.

Dear Sapna,
Please find attached a leave policy which I have prepared for IGSSS (it's an NGO). This leave policy consists of all types of leaves which are available and should be provided to employee-friendly organizations.

I do not understand why there are so many standards and versions of laws in our country. Is it not possible or feasible for our government to establish unified regulations nationwide? If the rules and regulations are so challenging for citizens and the working class to comprehend, how can we expect things to be easier for our country as a whole? This division is concerning.

Hi,
I need your suggestion. I am working under an outsourcing agency on the MNREGA project. I recently applied for leave continuously for two days. After this, the agency considered the first day as casual leave (CL) and the second day as absent. This really shocked me. Is this correct according to the leave policy? Please advise me.
