Need clairty on below circumstances.

If principal employer is covered under mines act & he is in the process of buying the mining equipment from one of the vendor. During the process of buying the mining equipment, he also gives the contract of erection & commissioning work to same vendor from he bought that mining equipments.

For erection & commissioning of that machine in a quarry that vendor has given sub-contract to one other vendor who deployes 10-15 workers max for this erection & commissioning purpose.

As he is not deploying 20 or more than 20 then he is not liable to apply for CLRA Registration but what are the legal obligation for main vendor as per various labour laws under all acts.

Is below acts would be applicable on main contractor:-

1) Mines Act

2) EPFO Act

3) Maternity benefit act

4) Employee Compensation act

5) Bonus Act

6) Gratuity Act

7) CLRA Act

8) Minimum wages Act

9) Payment of Wages Act

10) Industrial Dispute Act

11) Employment Standing order act

12) Inter State Migrant Workmen Act

13) Child Labour (Prohibition & Regulation ) Act

14) The equel remuneration act

Please confirm....is there above acts are applicable on main contractor....How above acts will be applicable as there are different different no. of employees strength mention in the acts as per applicability of the act on the establishment.

Please share legal obligation for main contractor along with consequences under various labour laws.
