Hello Members!!!!!!!!!
Its been long since I visited the site. I am in a process of developing a rewards and recognition policy for the company (since there is none at the moment).
I wanted to know what are the current short term and long term rewards scheme one can follow to develop a sense of belongingness in the employees so that we can retain them for long.
There are policies like incentives, free trips, lunch etc. from the company's side already existing. What is that we can follow to motivate employees to keep up the good work.
Hope to get some good replies from your end......
Cheers

Hi Prachi,.
You can try out with this in case if your company organizes any family functions at least once in a year they can select the best performers department wise etc., of the year and give some awards. For these types of functions you can make it a family day and arrange for internal contests. This would be helpful for developing good relationship and you can also make it a family function by inviting their family members.

Hi Prachi,
I would like to add something....
Rewards and Recognition not only involves monetory stuff but also non-monetory.....As you have mentioned that incentive structure is already exist in your company.......what more you can implement is
certificate of appreciation (for good performance)
award or trophy for the best peformance
employee of the month policy
Rewards for the person who attends whole month without taking any leaves (for punctuality) - You can award some employee for having good soft skills...!
Small get to gether where employee would be appreciated by the head in front of whole staff....it would not only motivate that employee to perform much better but also motivate other employees..(competition and Jealousy sometime give good results)... :) :)
Hope this input would be helpful to you...
