Dear all i have one query is NGO employees not covered for maternity leave? as per MB Act?, If an establishment is covered under shop and establishment act Haryana Labour law, and a registered under Indian society act in that case also?

If the NGO does not have employees who are paid salary then there is no scope for maternity leave also. At the same time, if it is running a business of income and profits and thee are employees whose services are regulated by orders on leave, working hours, salaries, contributions towards ESI, EPF etc, then certainly the women employed should get maternity leaves as per the Maternity Benefit Act.
