Thank you very much for providing this useful information. Could you please tell me one thing: Is it possible for a company to fire an employee without any notice period or without issuing any warning letter?

Dear All,

It is very informative. Really, it is very helpful. But can you guide me on termination of employment in case of misconduct? We have to consider every legal aspect in these cases. Can you guide me on what the correct procedure is?
