Hi Buddy,
If there is no mention of notice period in offer letter and there is no discussion about the same with your employer during taking up the employment than yes, you can leave without serving notice period.

Buddy,
My suggestion for you is please stay in a organization for at-least one year learn everything and gain experience, don't shift job oftenly it is not good for wise people and in future organization where you going to join also look into your track of experience.
When you leaving your organization they will give you a reliving letter.

Sir,
I will always try to maintain your valuable suggestion.
I am really grateful for your reply.
But I worked 2 organization( 2 years and 4 years ) before joining my present company on last july 2015.
but My present company related to telecom sector and work culture is very bad .Specially I need to attend 3 night shifts ( 8 pm to next day 10:30 am) continously. .I am not aware about this before joining.Which hampering my personal and health life.
Also There are monopoly rules going on by team lead. Even I am not informed for my next day shift till 9 pm in a previous day.
Situation is critical so I decided to leave.

Dear Sudip,
You say that the no clause exist in your appointment order for termination of employment on either side during probationary period. Well, it is advisable to submit your resignation in writing and request for immediate or early relieving. Take the acknowledgement on your resignation letter. Then definitely company should give you relieving order. This is the normal practice in HR field.

You can relieve now if the situation is worst. The company will issue relieving letter to you. But it is better to relieve after 6 months for your carrier growth. You have to face the difficulties and learn from it.
