Dear All,

I'm presently working with a firm that is involved in Engineering Design Services within the Construction Industry. We have around 130 employees currently working with us and need to reach a target of 200 within a month. Despite having access to job portals like Naukri and Monster, we are facing challenges in finding candidates who meet our requirements.

Could any of you suggest alternative recruitment methods that could help us achieve more successful results?

As far as my knowledge goes, you can opt for campus recruitment and advertise through websites, newspapers, business magazines, and more. Give it a try; it may yield fruitful results for you. It's advisable to start with campus recruitment first.

Thank you very much for your reply. As mentioned by you, advertisements in some leading newspapers have given us better results. However, campus recruitments wouldn't be of much help to us as we require candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience.

Apart from campus recruitment, press advertisements, and consultants, you can initiate an employee referral incentive among your staff. If the environment and package are good, you will definitely attract candidates through your staff.
