If a worker has been working for 15 years and is 41 years old, and the company terminates his employment without notice, instructing him to resign and leave, but the worker refuses to resign, can the worker file a lawsuit for compensation for the remaining service?

You are eligible for 15 days' salary (based on the last drawn wages) as compensation for every completed year of service and one month notice pay as per the Industrial Disputes Act. You are also eligible for 15 days' wages based on the last drawn wage as Gratuity as per the Gratuity Act. Raise an Industrial Dispute (under 2-A) before the conciliation authorities.
