Hi Professionals,

I have worked for 3 years as an HR executive in a manufacturing firm, and now I have joined a macro finance company. Here, the HR processes are almost the same as in the manufacturing unit, but I have some confusions regarding legal statutory requirements. Which registers should be maintained by us for the service unit or shop and establishment? Please guide.

It depends on the state you are working in. You should look at the shop and establishment act of your state. The list of registers would be at the back. You should read the entire act anyway to know what rules and regulations apply to you now.
