This is to inform you that all employees should follow the office timings strictly. Employees violating the office timings will be noted and remarked. You are all requested to mark your attendance with the accurate time on a daily basis. It has been observed that some of our team members still have the habit of coming late and not signing their attendance registers daily, and thereafter not filling in the correct time. As you are all aware, we have an IN/OUT time machine recording to check the same.
The office timing starts exactly at 8:00 AM, and everyone is instructed to come to the office on time. As we have a flexible timing option, an employee needs to complete 9 hours daily. The closing time of the office is 6:30 PM, with the maximum timings extending up to 7:00 PM. Therefore, an employee needs to be in the office by 9:30 – 10:00 AM. Employees coming late after 10:00 AM will be marked ABSENT on that day. Employees are expected to adhere to office timings. We need your cooperation on this to make the working environment healthy.
Circular on Office Timing Policies
- Proper information on late coming before 9:30 AM
- Lunch break should not be more than 1 hour
