For that, you are only required to put the accounts KRA of the respective employees. For Accounts people, the KRAs associated with their profile should be considered. Based on that, you have to continue your appraisal process.

The problem area is, there is nothing defined earlier, and I have to define the KRA and do the PA. There are 10 people working in the A/C department with one HOD. Can you suggest how I can define the KRA of A/C in a measurable way? My organization is in Freight Forwarding and Logistics support.
For Customer Service, how can I make the KRA measurable?

The KRAs are set based on the Job Profile, and you should prepare them in consultation with their superiors, such as the Head of Accounts. He must be well aware of all their functions.
It would be beneficial to spend some time with him to discuss the issue, prepare the KRAs for them, and then proceed with the appraisal process.
